L-Lysine is a recognised component of treating herpes in cats, and regular use of it has been shown to help reduce the severity of the condition, and reduce the frequency of herpes flare ups.

Optixcare L-Lysine Chews contains 500mg of L-Lysine. They are easy-to-give soft chews that can be given as a treat or crumbled onto food.
